Creating sustainable nutrition practices through food freedom
Simply counting calories , cutting out food groups or following fad & yo-yo diets is not the answer! This not only puts your health at risk over the long term, but is unsustainable and doesn't translate across travel, holiday seasons and eating out. Sustainable Nutrition & Food Freedom is about finding a balance between the science of nutrition, your own personal intuition on what feels good and enough in your body, understating how and why you eat, and enjoying the abundance of flavors and joy that food can provides.
It's about meeting you, where you are
It is not about dictating terms to you! It is about meeting you where you are, making small changes everyday to create a big difference, and having you become an active participant in the process of moving towards your goals and creating the life you desire. This style of collaboration most facilitates your investment in developing your own goals and action plans. You will be more likely to follow through, achieve and maintain the results you want.

What worked for your friend or neighbour may not work you, because you are unique! My process will teach you to listen to your body, understand the cues it gives you and in turn provide it the fuel, nourishment and ammunition that it needs to become the powerhouse that it is. Together through active coaching, expert resources and "aha"-perspectives, we will move towards your health and wellness goals. We are in this together!
Through my Holistic Bio-Individual coaching program, based on the above principles , we embark on a transformational journey which moves you towards your goals by integrating Nutrition, Lifestyle and Environmental Factors.
This is a thorough 60 minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Initial Consultation where we review your health history, and related concerns surrounding Nutrition, Sleep, Stress, Movement, Self care. This is the first step in getting you on a customized plan suited to your goals.
The Customised Plans
These plans are systematically designed, while honoring your bio-individuality, to guide you by providing structure to your Nutrition and Lifestyle while incorporating your daily schedule, values, beliefs surrounding food and healthy living. The personalized plans are optimized to include Recipe ideas, Meal planning support, Pantry makeover, Menu navigation, and Lifestyle resources that cater to you, while providing you constant support to help stay on track to achieve long term sustainable success.
